Maple Pumpkin Vinaigrette

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 tbsp Jackie’s Pumpkin Butter Jam

  • 1 medium Shallot-diced

  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add them to a jar with a secure lid and give it a good shake to combine or use a blender to emulsify.
