The Del

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Baguette, hard roll , ciabatta, your choice

  • 1/2 lb of shaved or chunk turkey - less or more if you like

  • Several cuts of brie

  • 4 slices of bacon - or you can use bacon crumbles

  • Orange Cranberry Jackie’s Jam

  • Arugula

  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • Slice roll and toast the inside

  • Lay the turkey out on a plate in the shape of the roll. Place pre-cooked bacon slices or bacon crumble on top

  • Add brie on top of the turkey and bacon

  • Microwave for approx. 1-1/2 minutes or until the brie starts to melt

  • Use a spatula and slide, don’t lift, onto the toasted roll

  • Spread some Jackie’s Jams on the roll or drizzle it on top of the turkey mix

  • Add arugula

PRO TIP: Sub in our Fig Jam to change it up.
