Chad Berkeley, owner and bartender at the Cordova, has incorporated our jam into tantalizing drinks like the "Apricot Mule", using our Apricoty Jam, and our personal favorite: "Dave's Not Here Right Now", incorporating our 'PPG' (Pineapple Passionfruit Guava).
